About Cesars Concrete

At Cesars Concrete, we’ve spent over 25 years perfecting the art of concrete work. We pride ourselves on our commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.

Your Trusted Concrete Experts

Cesars Concrete was founded when our owner, Cesar Mendoza, saw the need for a higher standard in concrete work. One grounded in strong values and backed by real industry experience. With over 25 years in the field, we have grown into a trusted name across Northern Colorado by staying consistent in how we approach every project.

In 2025, Cesars Concrete was voted Best of NOCO for Concrete Services by NOCO Style Magazine. That recognition reflects the level of work we deliver and the reputation we have built with homeowners and businesses throughout the region.

Specializing in both residential and commercial projects, we provide services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, walkways, and retaining walls. The focus stays on clean execution, strong finishes, and details that hold up over time.

We are not just another concrete company. We stay involved, pay attention to the small things, and make sure the final result reflects the standards we are known for.

STEP 1

Consultation & Design

We begin by listening to your needs, discussing your vision, and offering expert recommendations. Our team helps you choose the best materials, patterns, and designs that fit your space and budget.

STEP 2

Site Preparation & Planning

Once the design is finalized, we thoroughly prepare the site, ensuring proper grading, drainage, and the best foundation for your project.

STEP 3

Pouring & Installation

Our team carefully pours and installs the concrete, ensuring precision at every stage. Whether it’s stamped concrete, driveways, or patios, we make sure every detail is flawless.

After installation, we allow the concrete to cure properly for optimal strength. We then apply a high-quality sealant to protect the surface and ensure its longevity.

What Our Clients Say About Our Concrete Services

We take pride in the quality of our concrete work, and our customers feel the same way. Here’s what they have to say about their experience with Cesars Concrete!

I chose Cesar's Concrete because I had seen their work before in another location. I worked with Anthony (Estimator) for initial bid, Cesar Junior (Project Manger) for walkthrough & Cesar (w/ his Crew) for Demo and Pour. Project was cumulatively about 3 days of work with one weather interruption in the middle. So it was less than 2 weeks from the day I called to schedule an estimate to the day after pour. Happy with the results, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Cesars concrete did a SUPER JOB with our concrete projects! We replaced two driveways and added a retaining wall. The teams were professional, thorough, polite, and experienced. They also did a great job cleaning up all the concrete debris and the framing after the concrete pour. The price was fair and competitive with other companies, but their personnel is way above the others. Thank you Tyler, Cesar Jr, and the teams!

Second time using Cesar’s Concrete. Everyone in this company is great to work with. They care about the work they do and they listen to their customers. They aren’t the cheapest but I do believe they are the best. Reliable with great communication for everything from getting the estimates to scheduling the work and communicating about when they will be on the project. Great company.

We have used Cesar’s now for a couple of projects, and they do fantastic work! Even more importantly, they are willing to work hard to keep their customers happy, even with everything doesn’t go perfectly as planned. We will definitely be using them again! Their quality, reliability, and 110% effort is all that can be expected of a great company! Definitely recommend!
