About Our Owner
Cesar’s Concrete was founded by Cesar Mendoza with the purpose of establishing a new kind of concrete contractor in the industry. Cesar intended to separate himself from the competition by adhering to his moral principles which he holds so dearly. Cesar, who grew up the youngest of five children in Mexico, had the values that our concrete company keeps to this day instilled in him from a young age. The work ethic and integrity with which we operate comes from deep within Cesar’s heart, as he operates with a level of respect that his staff and customers alike can appreciate.
Through the years, our concrete contractor company has expanded and seen some change, which is going to happen to any kind of organization over that length of time.
