Drainage That Protects Your Concrete and Your Foundation
Water is the single largest factor in how long concrete lasts. Runoff that pools on a slab works into the surface through freeze-thaw cycles. Water directed toward a foundation saturates the soil beneath it and causes settling. Poor drainage on a parking area undermines the base and the slab follows.
Cesars Concrete evaluates grade and water flow on every project before specifying a solution. That may mean regrading a surface, installing a trench or channel drain, adding a drainage swale, or correcting the slope on an existing pour. The goal is the same in each case: move water away from the structure and off the surface.
