Concrete Repair That Addresses the Cause
Concrete rarely fails without a reason. Cracking, settling, and spalling usually point to something underneath: a base that was not compacted, drainage that sends water where it should not go, or freeze-thaw cycles working on a surface that was never sealed. Patching over that buys a season or two at best.
Cesars Concrete evaluates the condition of the slab and what is happening below it before recommending a repair. Sometimes the fix is straightforward crack repair and resurfacing. Sometimes a section needs to come out and be replaced. We will tell you which one you are dealing with and why.
