What counts as a custom concrete project?

Anything that does not fit a standard form or finish. That includes curved and multi-level layouts, sloped or tight-access sites, unusual footprints, decorative finishes combined with structural work, and pours built around existing features on the property.

Do I need a design or plan before contacting you?

No. Some clients come with drawings from an architect or landscape designer, and others come with a rough idea and photos. We can work from either, and we will tell you early on what is feasible on your site and what is not.

Does custom work cost more than standard concrete?

Usually, yes. Custom forming takes more labor, and unusual layouts often need more reinforcement and more careful sequencing. How much more depends on the complexity. We will break the cost down during the estimate so you can see where it goes.

Can you work around existing structures and landscaping?

Yes. Much of our custom work involves pouring around established trees, existing walls, utilities, or older concrete that is staying in place. We plan access and forming around those constraints before we start.

Do custom projects take longer?

Generally, yes. Forming is the longest part of a custom pour, and complex layouts take more time to build and check before concrete goes in. We will give you a realistic timeline during the estimate rather than a best case.
